You might want to pick up Battleground enemies add-on. It will show you the classes and names they have on your screen
Try the add-on Battleground Reporter. Adds a minimap in BGs that shows all teammates, special marks for healers and raid-marked players, anyone who is in combat and status of all nodes. Pretty useful for BGs.
