So here's a strategy I like in DG, doesnt require but benefits 3 stealthies. Instead of capping farm/ruins you as a tank just go market with 3 healers and 2 dps. The idea is just to spin market stupidly long. You send 1 dps to to cap shrine or quarry (usually boomie/rogue) and they immediately attack with 2 other dps farm or ruins. This works best with rogue and 2 boomie attack but works with rogue and couple of rets as well!
I've had a lot of success with this, as playing aggressively usually pays out. Few things to note about this strat is that: for the dps players in market, their job is to peel heals. Nothing else. You as a tank will just spin and spin and spin. If they don't wipe your heals, tanks just don't really die and the only cc to stop your spinning in a teamfight is mind control so make sure to call that out!
The best thing about this strat is that once you take farm/ruins with the aggressive attack, you can send the dps players to reinforce and send 1 to the ghosted node, but the enemy team still needs to fight at market to get their 2nd node! So there you are still spinning market with 2 healers, having 3 nodes and the enemies have 1. There have been even times when the enemy team just gives up market to try and get farm back, so we just start the game with 4 nodes and ofc as a tank I went to spin farm as well 😀 I've also seen a game where during the whole game market didn't get capped by neither team and we won the game with 3 nodes to their 1.
Am I the only one having issues with sight? There are time im ask to get sight on stealthy but when I use it if not fairly close I can see them and I have a wasted sight.is there something in interface or something im missing perhaps?
Great job with your videos. Thank-you for all your effort. Question for you: Just past the 2 min mark you were sitting ruins, got sapped and the rogue capped the flag. You were 2 jumps away which I would think is almost pretty much the max distance you could be. What could you or I do better in that situation to prevent the cap? I feel like you did everything right and still got capped. The only other option would be to trinket the sap and maybe use the macro you mentioned. I've never tried that macro yet but looking for your thoughts.
