Denathrius Tempts Renethal Cutscene. In the Venthyr Campaign Ending, Renethal retrieves the Medallion of Dominion held by Kel’thuzad. Draven and Kael’thas disappear. Denathrius’ essence tries to tempt Renethal to merge with his power, becoming one again.

  1. Hiya Folks! Anybody else having problems getting the cutscenes to play? Very interesting. We were discussing a theory. What if Denathrius split his personality traits (envy, dominion, greed, etc) amongst the venthyr/Harvesters? Perhaps that’s what he meant by: “Be one with me AGAIN”.

    So Denathrius pulled a Voldemort/FMA "Father" type of immortality.

  9. I have a feeling we will be facing off against the court under the control of Denathrius, using the medallions to either free himself or to gain control over Renethel and the others. He is way too good a villain to not have one last card up his sleeve. I also wonder how happy he will be to know Zovall had no intention of helping him free himself.

  13. Thank you for this. I didn’t know about the cutscene upon returning to Sinfall. I had done the Necrolord campaign so I had seen that one, but it bugged out badly for my Venthyr character (I had to log out to get unfrozen). The same thing happened when I hearthed back to Sinfall and I suspected there was a cinematic but couldn’t find anything about it. Nice to see that Daddy Denathrius is still hanging strings in the background. We may just possibly see him again.

  16. Your videos are getting more and more confusing. I was following all of WoW lore through your videos (never played WoW), but it is turning into a chronological nightmare. Is there a reason for that?
