Primal Primer is not working. I’ve tried it on a dummy, on a mob, and even checked in Details Damage Meter and it’s currently bugged. Dropped a Bug Report twice on it.
Update: Even if you have flametongue on main hand weapon, it does not proc damage. They also fixed primal primer. I also got the trinket mention below.
I’ve heard that stats have diminishing returns after 25% or so, so it takes more per stat to get that % increase. Concluding that it might be ok to try out other things besides Natural Harmony and other stat increases and take some damage Azerite choices and essences.
