dont think we will see both tier sets and double legendaries. not sure locking half your gear to those pieces is going to work out well, especially since legendaries are in a lot of cases, locked into slots that tier usually works in. as for class changes, i dont think we will see big reworks during the xpac. they never do that.
I really wish they would mix up the specs some. I don't see it happening though. There is just too much focused on borrow power these days and only tweaking of classes and specs.
Doubt the heroes of the storm content. At this point it's a thorn in their side.
