Asmongold set X on fire with his three step program to fixing the issues with World of Warcraft. I react to his short video and discuss how I feel about it, and go over the reason I basically quit playing.

the none 40 man part leads to you need public people. which means you get none guild players into the raid content. which means no splitt in the player base
Hi there good video and spot on. I have 10k+ hours in ESO before I left that game. Today my main Mmo is FF14 and have always wanted to try out WoW to figure out, what all this you all in the WoW community are talking about, but I can´t do that without actually playing the game. What I have seen so fare in the game is ok in my book – remember I am very new, and my main Mmo will always be FF14, meaning that´s where I do the raid stuff.
From some videos I have seen. It seems that this season have been the best in terms of clears, because it have been more accessible to people, who was not able to do higher content like M+, which for every Mmo out there is good. It keeps the community together. You can invite from outside a guild, gate keeping get´s less, people will overall be happy to login.
Addons in my book is a big nononono xD, and at the same time a must if the dev are making the content so hard, it´s not possible to clear without – that´s a big mistake.
We are all getting older xD I am haha, and at the end of the day it´s about having fun and enjoy all content without gate keeping and stuff. Keeping the community together, getting all onboard, who want to. It´s about to make people want to logon tomorrow and looking forward to another fun day in WoW.
Have fund and enjoy.
What Blizzard should do is allow addons in raids but make the loot drops depend on addons vs no addons.. No legendary drops if a single raid member has an active addon for example, and make the number and quality of drops decrease. If you wan the best loot you have to earn it. And at the same time tone down he boss difficulty so you do not need 27 addons
Asmon is a bit biased on the 40-man raids because he doesn't have an issue getting players to join him.
Which is fair, but there needs to be a more lightweight one. 15/20 and 40 player is what I'd suggest.
