its just a sharp effect when using upscaling in game, you can do it the same on nvidia control panel or with sweetfx, nothing new.
Another tip for others looking to enhance vanilla — there's an addon called "Pro Ultra Graphics" that requires you to edit one file and then install it and it increases LODs and improves a few other things in Classic Wow. Super recommended. 🙂
