The Legion timewalking mage tower has proven to be much tougher than many people remembered it – especially without the use of legion legendaries or artifacts. In this video I guide you through my healer mage tower run. Don’t forget to like and subscribe so that you’re notified of my new videos! Read more below:

I aim to create high level, yet easy to understand content for healers in M+ keystones for current World of Warcraft and into the new Shadowlands expansion. If you have any feedback, questions, or ideas for new videos – I’d love to hear it in the comments.

I dunno how similar it is compared to Legion version but i remember hpriest being the hardest by far and hpala being a joke.
Did they just copy paste the old mage tower? if not this looks suuuuper similar
What talents did you take as a paladin?
You are my favourite healer as far as content creators go, I follow you since BfA and you were the one that prompted me in catweaving as resto druid and push high keys, keep going my bro. I remember the healer mage tower as resto druid, it was so fun and challenging, can't wait to do it again now, alongside the Boomie and ofc the Guardian! Greetings from Italy 🙂
BY THE LIGHT GROWL ACTUALLY HAS A MOG
literally poggers
"druid can be sad and heal through it" yea that sounds about right
Hello friends this is gorm
As a restro druid, I was thinking using typhoon on the fixate and maim on the caster, then I realized something wrong…
I understand why people are mad but most of these challenges have far better balance then they did when they first released in legion. Some specs were literally in the single digits of completions worldwide.
Nice guide.
Phase 1 looks way more safe as a Paladin than a Mistweaver. The fixation damage is just obnoxious as hell and running and healing at the same time on Mistweaver is pretty much a no no.
For resto druid, are people having more success with Balance or Guardian Affinity? Going to try the challenge later and I'm leaning towards Balance for Typhoon alone
Thank. You. SO MUCH for this walkthrough my guy!!!!
No way I'm gonna be able to do all that as holy priest lol
Imagine the fact that Shadowlands gear is trash and you have a hard time doing this with it. Now Imagine you have to farm like Mythic SoG or ToT gear for this to make it somewhat doable… GG BLIZZ GG
Probably took me 20-30 tries to beat this on HPal. One thing to note is that you can refresh all your CDs between stages, so don't be afraid to use literally everything. In stage 1 wave 4 what I did was burn the mage and stun him after 2 casts, and used Holy Avenger to keep everyone alive. I also used bubble when I got low and fixated and focused on topping all the others. Don't be afraid to use Lay on Hands to top one of your allies and take the pressure off. I opted for Fist of Justice talent over Blinding Light for shorter CD stuns for the mages. Stage 2, 3 and 4 are pretty straightforward. Stage 5 I popped wings and bubble to DPS as much as possible at the start (no drums used). Try to keep the tank topped as much as possible because if you do end up dying your allies can easily keep fighting for another 30s without you until the tank dies.
thanks man, was playing pally and got it down thanks to your guide.. i needed a refresher. I swapped my all my pvp gear for crit haste and some haste mastery greens, once you get down the first part you can get to the last easily. Took about 19 tries but I got it down!
Thank you, really nice guide as always 🙂
I would like to say, I don't mind the difficulty but I feel like if they wanted to make it this hard it shouldn't be time-gated. having hard content to do solo is great but atm it feels more like a job.
You get frustrated and stressed trying to beat a deadline because you have only 1/2weeks to do all of your characters and if you don't you have to wait a long time.
If it wasn't gated it would be a lot more fun! like: I don't feel like doing mythic or raid tonight I'm going to try to beat the tower on this character.
Do you have to do it all in one sitting ie if I clear stage one but mess up in stage two go back and redo stage one?
Hope we will get some nerfs to this otherwise I'll have to understand that wow is going to be focused on a different target group now. It's sad but dark souls is just not my style
One mage cast does 80% if it goes off on my shaman…no way of completing this unfortunately
dusted off my tuft of smoldering plumage for this. helped quite a bit.
Actually is unforgiving because the tuning is wrong, in the original MT, the npcs were able to hold 3 – 4 hits of an enemy, I did a couple trys this morning (preparing for tomorrow, when I will have the time to do it), and the NPCs did not hold more than 2 hits, dying in literally 2 GCDs. Bad tuning in that regard, but I'm impressed you managed to finish it with this tuning, even with an OP paladin, well done.
Same with the eyes in next room, they do more damage than they did originally.
seems near impossible as a resto shaman. the resto shaman mage hits as hard with 0 stacks as your mage does with 5 stacks. does 90% of their hp.. and if theres a mana sting on them or a knife dance happening at the same time they basically get 1 shot.
