There is a tome for the featherbeasts which allows you to tame gryphons, hippogryphs and stuff like that. That one doesnt work accountwide for some reason and you can buy it in Legion for resources once you got through the class campaign. Hunter only, ofc.
Tome of bone binding which allows you to tame undead creatures. Can drop from literally any mob in Maldraxxus.
There is also a tome that allows you to tame Zandalari dinosaurs. And another that allows you to tame bloodbeasts from Nazmir. The bloodbeast tome drops from Zul in Uldir. I dont know where you get the dinosaur one.
And last but not least there is in the Valdrakken Rep at (I think) rank 26 the book that allows you to tame lesser dragons.
