History of ALL Reputations in World of Warcraft

Reputations are gained through various means and appear in the reputation tab on the character sheet. They have various levels with various values, going from lowest to highest, hated (36,000) hostile (3000) both of these mean the player will be attacked on sight by anyone part of these factions. Next is unfriendly (3000) you cannot interact with anyone in these factions. Next is neutral, and this is where you start for most reputations. Next is friendly (6000), then honored(12,000), then revered(21,000), and then exalted. Unlocking higher levels of reps does a few things, first off it usually gives an achievement, second off higher rep levels give access to new vendor items, and new quests. And lastly higher levels of rep give discounts from vendors affiliated with that rep. Friendly gives 5%, honored 10%, revered 15%, and exalted 20%.

  1. The Green Proto-Drake never flew at 310% speed (until they made 310% learnable, of course). You may be thinking about the Violet Proto-Drake, which was the mount from the "What A Long, Strange Trip It's Been" holiday meta achievement. That one did fly at 310% speed.

  2. Getting exalted with Mirasmius for the Night Fae gives an achievement that awards you the title <Fun Guy/Gal>, a play on the word "fungi" as Mirasmius is a mushroom.

Also a quick aside, I loved Mirasmius as a character. He was just an old man who felt like everyone forgot about him but got more and more cheery as you gained rep with him and unlocked the entire network. He felt like an old buddy that I got to check in on every day for his dailies and general Night Fae travel.

  3. I like the rep system for another reason. It connects me with other old timers in retail, since we can see the maxed reps no one cares about anymore, and know we had this journey together. Sure, we might have been on different servers, maybe we never even met before, but we know – we were there.

  4. They still love me for the 100+ ZG runs ❤❤❤ (first raid I ever led.. I was in 7th Grade.. 😅). Thank you for these videos, can’t play again until I get starlink, so your videos hold me over. Was staring out over the Grand Canyon (Aka Thousand Needles) yesterday and all I could think was: “sure hope there aren’t any priests hiding around these ledges” 😌
