Four new hand mounts are coming to WoW in Chains of Domination allowing you to play rock paper scissors as its special animation! The Hand of Bahmeht is one of the easier one to get although it will take some time and farming to get all 200 of the Bahmeht Chain Links from the new Tormentors of Torghast event.

You have to hand it to Blizzard, they really do have a knack for giving players the finger in terms of "fun content".

It appears Blizzard has changed how you get this mount! Instead of grinding out 200 of the chain links the mount appears to just be a high drop chance from the Tormentors of Torghast event. They also changed the name of the mount slightly.
I got the mount today on live – done the tormenters quest once, got it
Did this Event 2 times and i got no Chains.. dont know what i have to do first :/
is the tormentors event daily? or can i farm it from group finder?
I just got it. Was getting souls for the weekly mission, and the event started. Got it in the very first event 😀
looted in one of the quest reward caches today 😀

Once per week per character. Took me about 17 attempts. (I have 7 level 60s) . In live server it's now every even hours.
I killed it and then i got a cache and i foun it inside
