One of the questions I get asked the most in the comment section of my Legion Artifact Appearance videos, is HOW to begin your Class Hall campaign starting in (Broken Isles, New)Dalaran in current retail. With the newly-added Chromie Time, beginning questlines in some zones has become a little confusing.
For that reason, I made this relatively short video to give you an easy and quick overview of how to begin your Class Hall Campaign and get your first artifact weapon in current retail, Shadowlands 9.1.

this video doesnt tell me anything i need to know. i went to legion dalaran and no npc came to me. cant find any loc for where i am supposed to go.
Im still struggling nothing works for me
Thank you SO MUCH! Though I don't think Blizzard made this questline difficult enough. They should have forced you to: crash your car into an underpass pilon while growing tomato bushes in the back seat, burn your socks in a bonfire on the seventh Tuesday of the month, wear a shirt that says "I'm With Stupid" and the arrow points up, eat hospital food you found in the garbage, rent a VHS tape of The Room at a Blockbuster Video using only nickels, go on a snipe hunt with a slingshot made out of popsicle sticks glued together with the tears of a crocodile dressed in a pink tutu, kiss an angry wild tiger while holding a raw steak in your hard clenched teeth, pretend to be the president and enter the White House while holding a sign that says "I WON!", lick a poisonous toad in the Amazon after hiking there on your hands and knees from Germany… I think you get the point. But again thank you SO much for clearing up this horribly obtuse questline.
The getting back to the Legion timeline is great….except that all artifact weapons have the post-Sargeras sacrifice AP status, so what would be the point? "You have finally found Ashbringer!….but its power was already sacrificed to save Azeroth!"
In order to get the shapeshifted transmogs for druid forms it says you need to "Complete all Order Hall Quests". Is that simply mean the weapon chain of quests for all 4 forms or other quests in the area too?
The npc is just not appearing for me , tried everything

Chromie won't let me go back in time.
I cannot get the npc to appear. I boosted my Pali in bfa and never went back for my artifact. I have the hearthstone and I have world quests unlocked but I have no artifact weapons anywhere, I don’t even have the portal to goto my orderhall
