  1. To me it almost seems like the idea of hero talents was kind of just spitballed . Like they didn’t really flesh out the fantasy for each one equally.

They wanted to give players the perception of having choice.

In most cases, this just isn’t so . Because a lot of the cooler hero trees are actually suboptimal.

For instance, with shadow priest . Void Weaver is clearly the class fantasy that most people who play shadow want to see.

Demon Hunter . Most people play Fel scarred because it is top DPS however, on ironically, it’s also what you imagine when playing that class to be more of a demon.

But then you go to beastmaster Hunter and somehow we get pigeonholed into Sentinel, which is great if you’re looking for that fantasy and you are playing a night elf or something . But for everyone else, you’re just kind of forced to deal with it.

Death night has some cool choices because you can be a rider of the apocalypse, which is really cool. Definitely fits the fantasy. But then death bringer turned out to be really cool also with the spinning scythes.

San Layn also is really cool if you are going for the vampire thing. Problem is if you look up build guides most of the time you want to play one of those will not be the ideal situation for fun.

  2. Veteran and champion gear for rewards? Yeah thats great for people with alts or starting a new character all together, but for those of us who have been going with just a main since day 1, there's hardly a reason for us to do them besides maybe the stones or crests for upgrading. At least give the option for maybe 1 hero piece, to give more incentive for those who have outgeared champion level.

  3. What I realized from all the buffs and nerfs in the last few weeks is (tell me it's not genious) – you should use as much crafted gear as possible on your toons. Because you can recraft them any time you want with a different missive when Blizzard suddenly decides to nerf your favourite spec into the ground. Good luck trying to farm new items with different stats for your other spec otherwise.
    Stay flexible.

  4. I can't go off of Spellslinger or Sunfury… I'm arcane and there's not a single scenario that I will play frost ever in my life and maybe if I had much more boom and crash sounds in fire I'd play that, it sounds like my fire is just fizzing about with no big impact sounds, so no way I would ever play fire, don't care about logs anyway, but fun and I only have fun on arcane.

  5. typical, they nerf the fury warrior once again, the first time in forever that it's actually felt good and been competing against other top dps classes, can't wait to see what other nerfs they decide to come out with. Good things never last

  6. Honestly in the main character everyone has plenty of 597 and above, so 5 chest is nothing for them but a world for those that like leveling and playing with alterd, and equip an alter (more so multiple alters) is a very painful experience. Giving more items would make us play more instead of less, because no-one wants to spend same amount of time equiping a main than an alter… its insane.

  7. so i haven't found any patch notes supporting your claims, although all the claims your are making will happen when the 20th Anniversary event comes live. Sounds like you are liar.

  8. 20th gear, like everything else. Blizzard wants you to keep the pay to play going. Like they just nerfed Zekvir great vault rewards, why. Not very alt friendly in a "warband" oriented expansion.
