Blizzard has just pushed a hotfix to live servers to add the new alt conduit catch-up item. Using this item in a character learns every available conduit and raises them to item level 200.
This item, Incense of Infinity is sold by Au’Dara in Oribos, by the Flight Master. To purchase it, you must reach Renown 80 with any covenant with any character, earning the achievement Renowned. The item is bind-on-account, so you can send it freely to your alts. It costs 500.
