tbh though I never really got into wow much I find it really sad that it got to the state that it's in now, with players jumping ship to the seemingly biggest thing at the time (recently ffxiv). I really hope WoW can come back from the brink of death because I'd love to give it a good try knowing what's to come but for now it's fighting for it's life. I did hear good things about the expac dragonflight so that's always good!
The first mmo I really got into was Wizard101 back in 2010. I made a lot of good friends through it and even though I don't play w101 much I still revisit it and play a bit here and there until I get bored (which sadly is very fast). I remember when my first best friend never got on again, he was 17 and was graduating high school so he couldn't really have the time to play anymore. I understood that he couldn't play anymore due to ya know, life. But I wonder if he's living a good life and thinks back on occasion about wizard101? Find it weird how any one ever looked up to Athene. As a paladin back in classic, I remember how much shit his forum posts got, cause he was nearly always wrong. Terrible paladin, weird personality. Weirdos were in love I guess.

yes the main reason i fell in love with WOW back in the day was the friends i made. Very special to me even now after they are just memories. Even had couple of girlfriends i met on WOW. But nowadays aint quite the same for me, became bit of a loner so to speak in wow. Proper miss my old friends.

Just as asmon my step in was fps(CS 1.3). Then over to diablo 2 once 1.6 came out and ruined my life forever 😛
Then came wow, the memories. A short gnome fighting off spiders and bears in a dark damp duskwood. I'm just now looking at my middle boy going through the same thing as I just got him into the game and he is bound by the magic 🙂
