My dude, no need to go to the goblin action house, its the same that the regular one. The action house is cross faction since a while now.
I believe the Stonehead chest is from the weekly party "the Ember Court" you need to get high amounts of joy from the event. But depending on the amount of "joy" you bring Stonehead in the event means you can get 3 different chests. Substantial is the highest.

Can I get the tabards from exiles reach anywhere else? I already have 60 characters on my account and can't create any new ones. I also don't want to delete a character, they all are at least level 60.
