You dont really need to BE rank 3 and 4 for to loot the items, you just need the items, which randomly drop from other rares and treasures.

My issue with the stupid island is that once u have done all these quests your legit just wondering around. It feels pointless and insane to do laps. It's only tier 3 and im already sick of the place.
I'm at 3 1/4 rep and the grind sucks
