I'm interested in what interaction it is that's making this strong though? It's not like bone spike where it's obvious where the strength is coming from. Is it the interaction with the crit bonus from BtE that's making it work?

What makes kyrian overpowered? After the recent changes, it seems like bone spike, echoing reprimand, and flagellation all seem to deal about the same % of your damage. If anything it might be too strong in pvp because its just a hard hitting move.
Everyone with the same item level and the assassination cant beat outlaw in aoe and single target…(Tbh, with that dps hes almost behind the healer)

In no world should outlaw be beating assass in single target. You smoked that assass on first boss…assass needs hella buffs …only spec in the game that has a Huge damage CD that only works on one target…so the fact that outlaw is winning on ST is actually stupid. Just waiting for assass buffs
Stands in sweeping smash… says I'll pop a vile to help this guy healing.. you can see the cast you could of 100% moved out of it lol would been more help doing mechanic then using your heal.. higher key that would of one shot you
