  1. I agree with firing someone if they have an only fans. If they're showing nudity ect.
It depends on the company tho. If the companies image is really important, than what you do outside the company can effect it.

  2. SCOTUS already ruled that companies can use your online interactions against you if they feel you are misrepresenting them. This is why you should never list your employer on any social media or ever talk about your job publicly while employed.

  3. The guy you banned was trying to say something that was actually correct but man that grammar was something else. Basically he was saying if he's a company owner and one of his employees is doing onlyfans. It can bring negativity to the company as a whole. Which is true. He was saying it should be within the realm of employers prerogative to fire them because its making the company look bad.

I agree that trying to debate with people who can't even spell a single sentence is 99% of the time just a waste brother.

  5. OF "performers" are porn "actors", having one as an employee could make customers uncomfortable, if not cause them to take their business elsewhere entirely. It's a liability.

  6. company has the right to fire whomever for bad publicity or risk to their bottom line.
the employee agrees to work for a company so they should abide by the standards set by the company. if you don’t like it work somewhere else.

  7. My teachers in school were absolute dog shit and so was my school. Students kept physically assaulting teachers, saying death threats, rape threats and more. I had to teach myself majority of everything in school because teachers kept leaving and not doing their jobs.
