I am glad that Turtle WoW is back, along with this series, and hopefully you are feeling better. I have to wonder if the Messenger spawns at a different spot. I was just running over to do part of the new Harvest Golem Mystery quest, and I saw the messenger just walking up the left side of the map with nobody around. Either nobody was looking that day (the day before server went down) or his spot changes, I don't know.
Hope you feel better soon, Robert. Defiantly, named mobs need faster spawn rates. Waiting around for more than 5 minutes is literal pain lol. I feel like people should have complained about it already. Hopefully, they work that out soon. Thanks for the vid!
I was also kinda lucky with the hacktime coinciding with the launch of the new Path of Exile League, so I realized it only after it had been going on over a day x)
While you are running around getting the Deadmines quests, try again to get messenger, I don't think we mind if you take him off-screen, or even the escort quest afterwards. Really love the Turtle playlist and all of your classic content!!!
I've been looking into private servers recently and one of your videos was recommended to me. Very happy for this series and insights into how the server is, thank you for taking us on this journey!
happens to every popular server at least once. i remember that's what happened to Molten Wow before they changed their name to warmane. except that time everyone's char got deleted :'D

Use Dungeon Finder for a group.

Im pretty sure the messenger spawns in his usual place and the delay is shortened too in twow… My guess is he slipped through and nobody killed him
