Finally caught up! Just yesterday happaned to discover you while I was searching for TurtleWoW content on YouTube. I'd like to comment on you showing all of the journey without editing anything out. It's a double-edged sword kind of approach: on one hand I can do other things while you go from point A to point B in silence and watch, or at least listen, when you talk or until something interesting happens. On the other hand it's not interesting or fun to watch, unless you talk on the way. Showing you running somewhere for the first time is fine, since I am also interested in seeing the custom content for the Alliance since I don't tend to play on the blue side. But I'd personally cut the backtracking. It frankly adds nothing.
However you decide to continue I'll be watching/listening nonetheless. 🙂
Hi Robert! I see you loot a few times some small leather collar! They can sell nicely on the AH! They are used for transmog fashion coins for the bracket lvl 10-19! (each different bracket demands different ressources for fashion coins!)
Anyhow! I love to see a new episode! Keep enjoying your ventures!!
You know, if there's one piece of tech I kinda wish vanilla wow had a bit of, it's some phasing stuff. It would feel so cool to have quests where you put out fires, gather resources to build camps or houses, gather an army or build up quest hubs, etc. and see that they improve. As a kid I always got a big boost from seeing people happy afterward in games like Zelda and the like. Nothing world-altering, maybe mostly cosmetic stuff, but just a hint that you're affecting the world a little here and there.
Check out the Auction House. There should be tons of greens for your level for just a few silver. If you have money issues, get a second gathering profession instead of tailoring. Herbalism or Mining. I recommend mining. Because it feels like ores and stones are way too expensive on this server. Sometimes 10 copper ore sell for 70 or 80 silver. I see you selling loot to the vendor instead of the auction house. Some of this stuff is worth a lot.
The donation reward icon is blocking the clock on the minimap and it's driving me nuts. Remember to log out and then exit the game. Sometimes settings don't save when you exit directly. Closing the game with alt+f4 or similar means won't save settings either.
Thanks for yet another episode Just a couple of things: If you are going to get the Quest helper addon you need to get both pfQuest AND pfQuest-turtle for it to work properly. If any addons you get have '' -master '' at the end of the file name, remove that or it wont work! On Turtle WoW you can group up, chat with, be in the same guild, send mail, trade with horde and vice versa, so yes you can do RFC! Alliance get their own entrance to it somewhere left side of the Orgrimmar gates. You still need to get there yourself though, so probably not worth, but the option is there. Same with Horde, they can do Stockades and Stormwind Vaults (custom dungeon) and their entrance is up a hill by a waterfall to the left side of Stormwind gates. Very cool stuff!
You could do elite if you used the position and frost Nova off cd so you didn't facetank him. Also the music is consistently very high so instead of tinkering a lot why not just keep it lower?
Hows the population? Is it still over bloated with 50 people attacking the same quest mobs at once with half of them being HC and unable to group? Great commentary style. Very chill, good voice for YT.
although you are a good player and good at explaining the plan and execution of the game, I feel that by not finishing some quest, by not joining others when you need to, then I don't see a player that is an all rounder,
Slow down, Robert. How am I supposed to keep on track with so much good content 😁
As far as I can tell the drop rate for quest items is not atrocious at all! And bags drop frequently too.
