This is a quick guide to Lower Karazhan in Shadowland Season 4 M+, this video also features a really good route to make Lower Kara much easier and safer and way more fun! I’ve ran this route around 12 times on Blood DK, 5 times on Prot War and 2 times on Brewmaster and in my opinion it’s the most fun/easiest route for Lower Kara on average on all affixes. Let me know if you know a better one!
Season 4 (9.2.7) of Shadowlands brings new mythic plus dungeons: Tazavesh, Grimrail Depot, Iron Docks, Karazhan and Mechagon.
Also arriving is the Fated raid system, play all 3 Shadowlands raids: Castle Nathria, Sanctum of Domination & Sepulcher of the First Ones at pretty much the same time throughout the season, with their drops and bosses scaled up with new Fated affixes.

We skip the whole backstage, Zug just isn’t worth it imo
I trinken the death skip strategy is superior. But a good alternativ route.
Death skip is better
Death skip is far better tbh. There's a great route where you clear everything in the balcony before Opera event because those mobs barely do anything, you can even drag a philanthropist down to Opera because when they die they give a 25% damage taken debuff to the boss (obviously you'll have to keep it alive till the boss spawns but as a DK i think you can MC it, if not just drag it and stop the coins or avoid them).
Then die after Opera, head to Attumen room so you can do him without Lust. Then go upstairs in his room, they've basically gutted the mobs above him to the point where the Guardsmen only white hit and spawn a wolf, and the Sentries only ranged auto attack. Clear all this then do kitchens, those mobs are easy as well but you don't need much there as you'll already be pretty good for count.
Clear Moroes room, then do boss with Lust since he's arguably the hardest boss in here. Then clear your way to Maiden, don't pull any of the shadow caster guys whatever they're called and skip the entire Maiden corridor with invis/shroud. The last part might be a bit difficult for pugs so if you dont expect people to be able to do it then skip more trash in the kitchen and get your last % here, also helps if you wipe.
