ngl Demo might not be BiS, but its def viable. I ran some 20-21 keys as demo and pumped hard. Only issue is that some spells will insta recast when interrupted by felguard stun, which makes it kinda useless on those mobs. But the pumps are real! I think with the 9.1 change to dmg amplifiers affecting pets, dog build could become a-tier in m+
