Pvp changes are crap. Why not 2 sets? Why make more ranks?
Outlaw has 100% on Blade flurry though. Most of the aoe spells are either weak builders or spenders requiring a set up before use or are limited behind a cooldown.
ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS REMOVE TIER RANKS FROM HONOUR GEAR SO WE CAN GET IT ASAP AND GET INTO ARENA SOONER
But the problem isn't that the pvp gear is too low. The problem is that the gear before the pvp gear is too low. The conquest gear doesn't matter. Unless they give out the basic set for free. This fixes literally nothing. There is still a 20 ilvl gap between starting pvp and the players who have the 220 set. So what have they actually fixed? They haven't closed the initial gap at all. They haven't realistically put in a meaningful gradient. They are literally patching nothing. It should go to show how out of touch the developers are with the players constantly telling them exactly what the problem is and then they just come out and do some random garbage and cross their fingers. Oh well no point in paying for this trash until they get it right. To answer the question I heard as I was closing the window. Honor gear can't be competitive because it takes too long to get to any meaningful point. It takes roughly 11-13k to finish your base set. It takes 90k honor to upgrade to rank 7 and you have to grind out renown 59 on each alt. This is why I am saying they have fixed literally nothing.

so aside from the change to covenants which is a change to how they should have been from the beginning and blizzard knew and intentionally made them bad far from the first time thats happened…every other change they are making is either irrelevant or bad. still havnt addressed the 420 day conduit upgrade grind, or the absurd balance, or warlocks being a dead class 10 years in a row, or banning exploiters in pvp, basically they are doing what they always doing and putting in a bunch of cosmetic or fake changes to make people think they are improving the game when in reality nothing will have changed

One thing I don’t understand is why a dh can jump in the air and dodge all cc and attacks but when a outlaw killing sprees and telelortsq all over every .2 seconds we can be attacked and stopped during that time, makes no sense
