Which Specs are currently looking the best in terms of Synergy and Combo Power with 2xLegendaries equipped?
Is the limitation of 1 Legendary coming from your chosen Covenant going to limit and restrict many of the possible OP combinations by having to use a very sub-par Legendary?

  1. I think you are really underestimating how the tier set will work for Enhancement Shaman alongside the NF covenant legendary+witch doctor wolf bones, maybe I'm high on hopium but whenever the NF ability is available you should be able to get 4 wolves out (not including procs) and because of how quickly the wolves auto attack you should also be able to permanently spam stormstrike, granting insane amounts of maelstrom to reset wolves even faster as well. This might lead to a raid build based around forceful winds/stormflurry instead of hot hand due to the significantly higher reliance on stormstrike.

  2. As an enhance player, I can tell you dont play enhance. But yeah night fae is the only one that can synergize with others. Also deeply rooted elements may replace doom winds on aoe if you consider the tier set.

  3. My thought with fury was how single target could get a benefit, playing Venthyr with the signet leggo, AND the 4 piece from tier. 4 piece from tier gives you another raging blow that can be used to generate more rage, which can be dumped with Rampage, which then reduces the cooldown on Recklessness, all while recklessness is being extended by Condemn and Sudden Death procs. With signet you have a change to proc bladestorm, which you can aura cancel in single target but does good dam in aoe, but more importantly you will proc Avatar. Sadly there are not many pure single target fights currently that would make fury super viable, as some classes can still pump singletarget and have better aoe, but Fury can still have a good chance in aoe with passive cleave from whirlwind.

  4. I think fury warrior is waaaay way off the extra rage gen from having recklessness procs all the time is going to unlock death-maker cuz you will rampage more and then proc deathmaker more

  5. I really hope what you are saying about windwalker's Call To Arms ends up true. Although currently it doesn't work that way – torghast powers let you summon your celestial, but you do not get haste buff if you have invoker equipped. Haste buff is applied only when you manually summon your celestial (so literally when you click the button for summon xuen). Guess we have to wait and see how they implement it.

  6. The ret one looks nice but it's not 2 seconds isn't even enough holy power to cast a divine storm or template with it up unless you magic have the holy power when It procs also if it fucks over my original seraphim and knocks it to 2 secs ima be done with wow period the legendary look completely shit honestly blizz is full of shit ideas nowa days tho so figures

  7. I'm pretty sure at this point it's a waste of time to speculate on what legendary combos will be strong when the patch comes. The fact that covenant legendaries will become almost mandatory will only mean that Blizzard will have no choice but to rebalance those powers. And with that being said, we have no way to know which covenant legendaries will be stronger when the patch comes. There is no way they will let necrolord shadow priests or venthyr balance druids exist in the same game as any of the dk dps specs once 9.2 arrives. They will rework the weaker legendaries for sure.

  8. You missed a very interesting synergy for assassination rogues which may or may not be the build in 9.2. duskwalker's patch reduce the cooldown of vendetta to ~1min and obedience does the same for flagellation. Pair those with the tier set which is about vendetta as well and you'd get pretty good burst every minute if the tuning goes well enough

  9. Fury should be way higher. They also do good damage in condemn windows when they play with venthyr legendary, all they were missing was good damage outside condemn windows, which they can now get through signet or deathmaker and possibly even will of the berserker.
Also enhancement has good synergy with tier set and legos of wolf bones and nf. So they could end up being good, but then again, its enhancement…

  10. In my 6 years of playing DK for first time i consider rerolling to smething else for next patch. I kinda dont belive that blizzard can fix them, tier set is kinda meh nothing interesting and covenant legendaries are so soooo bad.

  11. Honestly they just need to remove the Cov leggo requirement. They did a very poor job of making the covenants even, and their legendries valuable. Paladin comes to mind. DA is amazing, the Kyrian Cov is one of the best. And it fits well with their kit. Forcing players to use a Cov leggo when most of them are total shit is very unfair and unfun. Half baked Ideas by blizz once again biting the players in the ass.

  12. Little thought of Leggo combo for Sub.. Obedience+ Akaaris soul. Why? The 2pc/4pc..

NEW Immortal Technique (2-set) Shadowstrike has a 20% chance to grant Shadow Blades for 5 sec.

NEW Immortal Technique (4-set) Your finishing moves have a 4% chance per combo point to cast Shadowstrike at up to 5 nearby enemies.

Then run The Weapon Master talent (15% chance for Shadow Strike to hit twice) for extra shadow strikes.. Akaaris soul garuntees your shadow strike hit twice. Feeding off of Weapon Master talent could result in a lethal chain reaction of shadow strike spam. All those shadow strikes have a chance to grant shadow blades, finishers have a chance to cast shadowstrike on up to 5 enemies, also with a chance to cast shadow blades. This essentially may keep Sub rogues in high shadowblades uptimes in both aoe and ST. This makes sub rogues typical role of Prio target funnel in keys extremely extremely powerful AND will result in more dmg, their funnel is already great, now they can also be splash funneling..

  13. Feral Tierset + Convoke Legendary + Frenzyband = 1 minute berserk lining up with 1 minute convoke. (if we get always something to chew on to pump in our energy and generate big bites!) as a feral main i cant wait to see this
