  1. The firestorm thing is just speculation, we wont know until the spelldata is updated. Either way I refuse to use that spell as scalecommander. No shot its worth even if its fully buffed 20%.

  2. Is the duration of firestorm a nerf in itself like (those 16% you pointed out)? Or would it deal the same damage but in 10s instead of 12s and then an extra 20% from the buff?
    When they change the duration of spells do the numbers also change?

  3. Hi Preheat, i have one question do you:
    I have two stacks of Netherprecision and cast an Arcane Blast follow directly by an barrage (Double diping), but Both stacks are gone.
    So i dont understand this, why does the Double diping Not work with netherprecision?

  4. i don't get the firestorm hate. It's such a cool looking ability. I think alot of people are just allergic to ground targeted dots. Which is fair, since they are inconsistent because stuff walks out of it. I'm personaly just a big fan of it.
