  3. Hey Mysticall, I've noticed a change recently and I'm not sure if it's bugged or intentional. At the start of the expansion, I remember being able to cast soothing mist on myself into an expel harm, which would give me double expel harm procs with double gusts of mists procs. But now, it no longer gives me double procs when casting it during a soothing mist on myself. When did this change occur? (It still procs on me when channeling on someone else).
