We have just datamined a whole ton of NEW Npcs for the upcoming draenei and troll heritage questlines in 10.2.7. The draenei have been living in essentially a crash site which made sense back in TBC but now they are so integrated they need an actual settlement on Azeroth.
We got a ton of settler draenei, pack mules, Auchenai priests and the Naaru datamined which makes it seem like they may be building Auchindoun 2.0 on Azeroth signaling their permanent mark on the world. Along side this there is potential for a broken playable race with datamined broken as well. On the side of the trolls though we discovered a ton of loa, zandalari and the darkspear signalling they may be getting a significant update as well but it does seem like they may just bunch all the trolls into one. So what is going on and let’s look at all this crazy datamined information.

This is exciting because we want this to happen, but after Gilneas I think the expectations should be heavily tempered. This is most likely just a short Heritage quest where you either revisit alternate Dreanor or travel in past / have vision where you meet those refreshed npcs. Remaking those cities would mean also redesigning some starting questlines if you go for classic start and that is too much work now that they mainly focus on War Within.
Gnomes, still stuck in Vanilla. Man Blizz should focus more on them

Draenai are no longer space gypsies. With the defeat of the Legion they might not want to return to Argus. The Light Forged Draenai can also land their space ship for a permanent base of operations.
If the Darkspear and Zandalari can do for the Troll species what the Alliance done for humans then that could stir up the balance if power.
At some point the Alliance prevented human extinction. Troll Tribes are splintered but could we see a return to some kind of troll power base?
The Zandalari are greatly weakened since the civil war and the Alliance raiding to kill Rhastakhan.
Vol'jin died like he lived… like a b*tch. May his short reign as Warchief be swiftly forgotten.
Is alternate dreaenor lorewise still accessible? Why didn't they join their alternate brothers? (Same goes for orcs)
Gilneas quest chain are just a joke and gilneas retake is a joke, nothing have change just few npc even the forsaken tent a still in gilneas, the quality of this patch is miserable
Next we need to give attention to the Tauren. Their settlements are even more-outdated their either Draenei or Troll.
Echo isles is very s****y area it looks so primitive and it needs a major rework there is like only 1 house? Also I hope Rokhan will get a new proper model as a classic race leader even though his model is kinda okay right now but lorthemar also got a very nice new model
Hopefully all those datamined Draenei are for more than heritage quests. Would be cool to go back to alt-Draenor like for Mag’har though!
I have a feeling everywhere except org and stormwind are gonna be cross faction very very soon
If we dont get Vol’jin as a Loa then i would be very disappointed.
Could also give Revantusk Forest Troll allied race with Jintha'Alor capital city. Could borrow some effort there.

I like the idea of a Draenei capital on Azeroth. Where do you think it would be located? Personally I think it should be on both Azuremyst Isle and Bloodmyst Isle since both areas have Draenei doing stuff there. Plus the Exodar is also on Azuremyst Isle.
It's pronounced Aw-kin-doon we literally got the proper pronunciation in WoD.
I thought Zuldazar become capital off all Trolls after BFA and Darkspiers refer to the Qeen of Zandalari as their own.
I'd like for there to be two cities then. The old and the new.

I hope Broken Draenei becomes playable soon along with Forest Trolls in the Heritage Armor Questchains.
Great news for the Draenei! I would really love to see some state of the art Draenei architecture, science, etc., not to mention the state of the society inluding Man'ari and Broken. The Darkspear meanwhile need to move on, too. I like their architecture, but the Zandalari are a good way to connect them to the other troll races.
On a side note: If they move to main Kalimdor, the original BC-zones see another exodus.
This is the moment to make WoW's first FLOATING ISLAND CITY IN THE SKY under new Draenei Technology powered by both Azerite and Argunite.

The Exodar: I've never liked that place, so it'd be great if it got an overhaul, and actually got relevant to players to visit for a change. Not only does it look awful, it's terribly inconvenient because you can't ride within the Exodar, forcing the players to walk through the place, which isn't a big experience.
The trolls, I'd honestly like to see most of the troll races being put in the same basket, especially since it's already evident that jungle troll, dark troll and sand troll skin tones are already available in cutomisation. A proper city would be a bit hard to make for them, though I think it could be set in motion that it be constructed as part of Sen'jin Village and the Echo Isles.

Could it be possible that this is all just for the Heritage missions? Or have those been released already?
If adding Void Elves and Alleria Windrunner and then having everyone just join the light to fight the void seems pretty lazy writing (not that I am surprised). If we are uniting both factions they could just use the light/void split for the new "war" in warcraft. I'm not holding my breath for anything ground breaking though.

Since tyr revived, the perfect time to add ogres and vrkul tyr has history with vrykul and agramar creates the ancestors of the ogre and they worship arcane and titans. Also, darkspear are exiled gurubashi being smaller.
