Arathi Highlands: Ancient Sapling at /way 47, 72
Alterac Mountains: Ancient Sapling at /way 58, 44
Stranglethorn Vale: Ancient Sapling at /way 33, 65
Swamp of Sorrows: Ancient Sapling at /way 10, 39

Path That Is Also Doable (Fly to Ratchet From Moonglade take boat to Booty Bay):
Stranglethorn Vale: Ancient Sapling at /way 33, 65
Swamp of Sorrows: Ancient Sapling at /way 10, 39
(Make Sure you have flight points connected from Swamp to Undercity and then fly to UnderCity)
Arathi Highlands: Ancient Sapling at /way 47, 72
Alterac Mountains: Ancient Sapling at /way 58, 44

I really do hope this guide helps you. Nourish is not an easy rune to get, but really worth it, most mana efficient ability to spam as healer.
