  1. some random thoughts i just gotta spill idk if they mean anything someone please speculate with me

    I wonder if Xal'atath is the dark side of the moon aka the dark side of Elune? like her eyes look like crescent moons, and her orb things on her shoulders look like moons.
    idk also I feel like the burning planet looks like a sun, like is that really Azeroth? its hard to believe Azeroth could just be burning like that.. what if Azeroths world soul IS the sun? what if Xal is actually claiming the sun which will be the thing to end life on Azeroth i have no idea XD but i'd imagine getting rid of the sun would be a great step to take for the void…. 😮

    but theres so much moon related stuff, and suns and moons go together.. and Alleria is hella quite literally a child of both shadow and light. theres gotta be an actual connection between Xal and Alleria.

  6. I still hope we don't get Harronir as playable races before so many others. Even Earthen was a hard sell as that announcement at Blizzcon was met with a rather resounding silence.

  9. The way they are going about this all makes me feel like we are meant to lose with Azeroth or Xal becoming a new big bad. They did mention the titans would return as well so my guess is they might help either facilitate a retreat or some kind of showdown. But a loss and retreat plays into a release of WoW 2 with forces scattered. Story-wise it is probably the best outcome to create an enemy people have so much history with (azeroth) and would fuel a narrative to either redeem her. save her or kill her and thus protect the universe

  10. Look at the shots of the World Soul with the clouds. Those clouds are in the shape of the Dark Heart. Then they turn into the tendrils reaching out to the soul like the roots of a tree (a World Tree, given the Elven form she's taken.). And the runes around her and the ones on the Containing ring, and the runes around the date announcement are all the same. And I can't wait to get my box too, that's going to be so great (the artwork book alone was worth it.)

  18. Wow, those first notes in the cinematic was totally nostalgic…omg, hard to believe I've been playing since vanilla! I am really excited for the expansion to start and yeah you make a good point about her eyes. I will be curious to see what we learn about Xal'atath!

  21. Thank you for the video it was good ⚔️ Do you know what gets me mad all the time is how they can do a cinematic like that in such high quality detail but they still can't do that with the game I mean even now
