  1. Omario, since nobody else has mentioned it. It will try and get you to buy shadowlands when you hit 50 AND you would have to buy dragon flight when that comes out.

!!!!!DO NOT BUY SHADOWLANDS!!!!!. it will be free with your base subscription when the Dragonflight pre-patch drops next week or 2 weeks after that I'm not sure. You will have to buy dragonflight though if you decide you like the game enough to continue your adventure to level 70 with us on November 28th.

    Have fun

  2. Check out some of the other players, in your groups. Their titles can tell you pretty quickly if they are also new or not. For example that gnome Jamtizz was a Field Marshall. Thats a title that goes waaaaaaay back in Wow. Has my respect too.

  4. Hi Omario, youtube recomemded this series to me and I'm enjoing the wow playthrough you're doing, but I see you missing some qualty of lfe in the game that the game does not tell you about, i'm on Ep 18 so not sure if by now you already know this but 'll give you 5 pointers that you've been wondering about:
1- to open all bags at onece and close them all at onece just open all the bags and press B to open and close them otherwise it'll only open the bag you clicked
2- to compare equpment just press shift on the equipment you want to campare, i'll tell you what you are wearng and the stats change
3-you have 2 ring slots and 2 trinket slots, the ring taht you equip directly from your bags will always go to your bottom ring slot on your character equipments, so keep taht in mind you mght have an outdated ring on the top slot, same goes for trinkets
4- that reason your pets die a lot in batte is mainly because you are not healing them during battle, I would suggest grabbing the mend pet spell from the spell book and binding it to a separete button, like F or R or soemthing comfortable to you 😛
5- to leave a dungeon all you have to do is click on the green eye button taht appears right next you your minimap, it's a button like the ones you use to zoom in and out of the minimap only apeears once you start the search for a group for a premade group, dungeon, raid, etc. aditionally if you hoover the mouse on that button while searchig for players it lets you know how much estimate time and players left to fill the group.
hope this helps, keep up the great series.

  5. The color has to do with how close that quest's level is to your level. Red quests are 7+ levels higher than you. Orange quests are between 4 and 6 levels higher than you. Yellow quests are within 3 levels of you, either above or below.

  6. Orange quests don't mean pvp. They usually mean "legendary quests," though in this case it means "campaign quest." In BFA there's a war campaign that you do that involves creating outposts in enemy territory and it's kind of meant to be the broader story of the expansion.

Also, you'll hear "I don't have a target. I need a target" a lot less often if you use tab targeting. If you just press tab after you kill something you'll automatically target something new instead of having to look around and click on a new target manually.

Also don't feel bad about dying in the dungeon, the whole group died.

Also, when you asked "is the game going to take us to tiragarde sound?" referring to the northern part of it, it already has tried to take you there by giving you quests to go there. You've had those quests since before Drustvar became an option, indicating that the game was trying to direct you there to complete Tiragarde Sound before going to Drustvar. I know you thought that that area was Stormsong Valley at the time and didn't want to go there too soon, but that wasn't the case. The game knows what it's doing.

  7. The darker gold quests have NOTHING to do with PvP. What you saw when you mouseovered the NPC and it said PVP has nothing to do with it, it just means that NPC is considered a "pvp" one meaning it can be killed by enemy faction players, as oposed to the other regular NPCs taht can't be killed. That particular NPC is Genn Greymane, the leader of the worgen race so tahts why he can be killed by horde players.

The darker gold quests actual mean they're the story ones. You should've done that instead of going to Stormsong Valley, they're kinda like the MSQ quests from FFXIV

  8. Speaking of "people getting angry if you fail dungeons", it does happen. But if you tell them you're new, people usually go easy on you and rather explain stuff to you instead.

    Dungeons have 4 difficulties:

    – Normal (queue-able in Dungeon Finder)
    – Heroic (queue-able in Dungeon Finder at max level)
    – Mythic (not queue-able in Dungeon Finder, but you can make a custom group in the Group Finder. With Mythic difficulty you have to travel to the dungeon entrance to be able to enter. They appear as blue swirlies on the map).
    – Mythic+ (same as mythic, but uses Keystones to increase the difficulty of a Mythic dungeon. IS ALSO ON A TIMER!)

Its only in Mythic+ dungeons where people can get really pissed if you mess up, because those runs are timed and you need to make it before the timer runs out to get the best possible reward. It has something to do with a weekly reward that gives better gear the higher the Mythic+ dungeon you do IN TIME.
In Mythic+ every boss does not drop anything and you only MAY get a reward when you complete the whole dungeon (in time or not). Mythic+ can suck, but it gives out some of the best gear if you are good!
