the wow art team never mis they carry so much about the game, and these pointles vids really show off soem of the more unseen or rarely examened things around its world, I with the story team had better writing or more accuratley I with managment would let the rest of the blizzard team cook -.-
I'm not certain if I learned anything about lily pads or not on this episode, but I loved it none the less that's for sure!

A few days ago, I was fishing in Valsharah and the lily pads there caught my attention. They are rather great looking as well and have nice little spirals that reminded me of the aesthetic looks of the Emerald Dream zone in Dragonflight. I love the Legion expansion, so I am also reminded of Malfurion's description of Valsharah to the player character as it being a reflection of the Emerald Dream. You can really see that in design choices like that, so it is nice to see some consistency like that.
Now we know! And knowing is half the battle.

Number 2 is modelled after the evil eye stones if I'm not mistaken. I love those things they're really striking.
I think Crendor may include Shadowlands stuff on more "Top 10" lists than anyone else on the internet. Blizzard made some cool looking stuff for that expansion, it's just too bad about the rest lol.
The more I watch these videos the more I understand that thing A and thing B are not the same thing, they are very educational

Back pre legion, before they removed the ability for DKs to port to the plaguelands, as an alliance main I use to death gate over to the plaguelands and ride over to outside Silvermoon and sit on top of the lily pads on the lake just outside of the City with my path of frost and just chill, looking at all the trees, and magic trees. c:
