As it turns out, pug tanks don’t like doing Necrotic.

Pugging My Way Up is a series in which I (Raider in BDGG (world 4th) and former MDI competitor) attempt to accomplish Keystone Master and beyond without playing with anyone I know. I will strictly be playing with pugs I find along the way. For more specifics, check out this video: https://youtu.be/PAKArMpaihE

  1. I felt that when you said, "This is where Necrotic Wake keys go to die." So many groups do huge pulls there and it's amazing when it works out and disastrous when it doesn't. Also, feelin' the comment about how smooth runs are hard to talk about. That's been my biggest fear working on a Zero to KSM series. I got the KSM, now it's time to edit, but when nothing's going on…what in the world are you supposed to say? Maybe I'll just have to talk about what everyone is doing right that is enabling the group to be so smooth. Anyway, this was a fun episode. I was worried when the tank went offline; that doesn't always end well. I feel like he might have gotten the bug w/ the anima powers that won't let you pick them up without relogging/reloading! Had that happen to me a couple times. All's well that ends well. Looking forward to the next one!

  2. It would be very interesting to see you playing feral or prot warrior. something super niche and then see you exel at it.

regardless the survival series is entertaining!

  3. I actually like tanking necrotic. Running around with 100+ stacks leaving the heal just wtf, but If you're able to do bigpulls it's working out anyway. Eventually I'm change to Kyrian to reset stacks but in lowkeys to +15 it's not nessesary
