  1. Getting your first 10-12 levels as Horde:
Tirisfal gives a lot more silver than the other leveling zones, both from all the scarlet crusade mobs you kill and from the quests. Mulgore gives the least, but it has runes for druid, and alternate spots for hunter/shaman runes. Vendor the ammo that Baine gives you from a Mulgore quest if you're there: it looks like trash but it sells for a lot. Tauren also get some exclusive quests in Mulgore for extra XP.
Warrior/rogue/cloth classes should split between Durotar and Tirisfal. There are trainers in both zones. You also train swords in UC, helpful if you're a tauren warrior or any rogue. Brill's defensive stance quest for warriors is significantly easier than Durotar's as well.
Hunter/shaman/druid probably want to split between Durotar and Mulgore, unless you hit level 8 first, then you may also want to go to Tirisfal since you won't need the trainers as much. If you're going Durotar->Mulgore pick up all the barrens flight paths on the way, and visit TB. Train guns there if you're a hunter, and with any luck you may get the BFD buff while you're in TB. If you're going Mulgore->Durotar pick up all the barrens flight paths on the way, and stop by Orgrimmar for the flight path when you get the quest The Admiral's Orders from looting Benedict's chest.
Level 10ish: Shamans in TB should do the Stalk with the Earthmother quests by the bag vendor so you can learn dual wield and the Lava Lash rune. Pick up RFC quests in the capital city where you're leveling (Hidden Enemies, Searching for the Lost Satchel, Testing an Enemy's Strength, The Power to Destroy). Hidden Enemies will be done as you finish Durotar, dropping as early as the mobs around Dark Storms, or as late as Skull Rock (along with the dropped quest from Gazz'uz). The others you just wanna save until you're level 15ish and do RFC, and you can pick up the 5th quest from the guy you do the further steps of Hidden Enemies with. All quests except Hidden Enemies can be shared, too.

For leveling past that as Horde, honestly, Barrens covers almost all of 12-25 by itself, with some detours to Stonetalon around 20, but Silverpine can give some extra XP and silver up to around level 15 to help make the early Barrens grind go quicker. Silverpine's problem is the quests quickly turn into group quests, or jump from level 14-15 mobs to level 18-20. It does have some overlooked mining spots and potentially easier runes for a few classes though.
