I could be wrong, but I think they said the warband we saw was just first display, they may be able to show a whole group.
However if they keep it at 4 that'd be cool cause it would be neat to replace those in the delves with your characters and use them to fill the dungeon spots for the AI dungeons. To see your own characters would be amazing. But like to fill in 1 or 2 spots in raid…that would be fun
