Such a weird boner i keep seeing for this place by so many people, its very strange. This is probably the ugliest zone I have legit ever seen in all of WoW. Why wasn't there such a huge boner for Black Rook Hold and the whole area around it? It looks almost near exactly the same, just darker. I also find that very very odd.

Revendreth will have to go a long way to be better than Drustvar in my opinion. Hell, to me, it already starts at a disadvantage as that Gothic vampire motif is so over used.
Looks like one big undead zone with the most overused monster trope cause Activision has 0 original ideas.

It still amazes me how much people love the emo, twilight novel B's even do every says they hate it. But if I cut my self in a deeper voice and look like I haven't ate in years. Especially wow community did not like the twilight scene. They do like metal, but this is not metal. I just can't figure out way people all of sudden love this stuff. I mean this zone screams bdsm/emo/twilight/a weird failed copy of old vampires. The only redeemable part is Keal, but with the current writer of the story it's not going to be better than. Mehaha these guys who killed me te first time when they found out I betrayed them will not expect me to do it again

Did anyone play the PlayStation 2 game Primal? The Venthyr has the same esthetic as one of the areas there.

Not a fan of "dark and dreadful" zones. I already know this is going to be my least favorite zone in the game.

I guess i don't like goth/vampire stuff, this is my least favourite zone.
Now we just need a Vampire hunter class suitable for humans and blood elfs and am sold.

Looks amazing, i just wish i could find infos about wether playing a Feral Druid will be a hopeless waste of time for yet another expansion.

Nothing new here. The just used assets from Drustvar(BFA) and Blackrook Hold (Legion) to make a zone.
"Light a torch to remove debuff"….ok darksouls.
There are parts of this that looks like recoloured Suramar. Doesn't seem to ruin it, but i noticed it.
The guy in charge of designing the place probably just finished playing Bloodborne.
I think the fashion in this area is the best. I love the gothic look. I totally want to make my Nightborne warlock do this one. Maybe my blood elf DH but I'm not sure. Can you do them all then pick? I admit I'm new to the game (well, I've tried on and off for 10 years or so, since my brother is big into the game since launch, but never got past starting areas until now), and joined because of the goodies coming in Shadowlands.
It all looks great and all… but I wish they came back to old animations 🙁 I cannot stand those super fast / anime like / jumpy ones.
Zones are beautiful so far. Can't wait for Shadowlands!

Looks good at first glance because it's brand new. I give it a week before people realize having everything grey and same looking will make these Shadowlands zones as boring to be in as Gorgrond
After I took a first look at all 4 zones I thought I really like the Gothic Style zone. Then I looked in the comments and saw everyone wants to go there now xD. Since to its verticallity, this zone is gonna be harder/longer to quest through though.
