Dreadblades over alacrity could be spicey though!! thumbs up the video to save lifes Edit – Since this video went live blizzard has said on twitter they will look at upping caps to 8 again — until it hits ptr dont trust it

I legit think that Secret Technique tooltip is just an error. "All enemies near your target… and reduced damage to other targets" It looks as if they haven't removed the second part. That would only make sense if they implemented the "Square root past 5" scaling which they obviously didn't include.
