What do you think for warriors? Arms and fury? How you feel about it
The Assassination set bonus seems interesting, but very lacking compared to the other specs, zero AoE potential and it's fully dependent on CDs instead of a chance to proc while doing your rotation. A bonus is a bonus, but those for assassination aren't fun and doesn't change the gameplay at all, it's only more damage, but not even that much.
I hope it gets reworked.
don't understand logic behind keeping outlaw capped. Look at DH, Lock…. their rotation does not change significantly based on number of target scenario. If they really want us to make it a "choice'' implement it in to the last talent row as a part of blade flurry choice

Assassination will be renamed to Extermination as of 9.2 as we will terminate all forms of life with wounds that never close and poisons to kill our targets from the inside. 😛

Or whenever you pistol shot something you have low chance to BTE the target
All these just for 2 set
For 4 set
Your pistol shot Deals extra dmg like 50% to Targets which has the between the eyes target
Or blade flurry deals more dmg like 60%
Or your finishing moves have chance to enrage you make your all Ability cost less energy
Or whenever you press adrenaline rush you summon Ghost of Dread blade(the first wielder) which Bombard your targets for Huge Dmg like 500% of attack Power
