This raid is so fucking cool. Definitely one of the best things about the expac, and from modern Blizz overall. Looks exactly like something beings above the Titans in both power, structure, etc would make
they need a Caverns of Time raid, where you go through to all the best parts and participate in the battles.
For "beginning of everything" this is boring as hell. some green and some sand. You would think twisting nether, an emerald dream kind of plane of existance, a shamanistic realm that ties all those together into a new influence would ground it in the world. But nope, rip off whatever zoomer shooter game there is and some pixar textures.
Sand is setting up the caverns of time Xpack I hope for, where we find out what corrupts the timeline, bring in the AU WOD for redemption, and also let us replay the good periods of the franchise and not this "new content"
melee needs to: be doing more jumping puzzles around bosses. Add in bosses with "tiered ladders" so they can run up the machines and click buttons/attack weakpoints instead of just avoiding random abilities you can control by tank
range: here is where I would add in more ability for the bosses to suspend players, let them swim around and if they dont move out of the way of the blinky lights they get stunned, not killed but stunned. give them more objectives not in the boss room.
every boss always in a circle or something lame. We need more maze bosses, or bosses that chase you backwards through the raid you cleared, which make it mean more when you clear the mobs. these mechanics then actually make the dps think. should i trap up this hall, mobs are here we pulled accidently we need to control and kill that. etc etc
overall i think this is actually really encouraging. because its so bare bones and awful it really suggests they pulled the plug probably at 9.05 and went all in on 10.0 . Hopefully they listened to feedback and give lots of races, pvp content, engaging hard raids and more world content
Encounters were cool but man this raid just feels like MC or something. Its just wide open spaces with mobs and thats it. Theres not much life to the areas.
the place don't feel epic at all… compared to ulduar or antorus, like… does it have it's own identity ? yeah (i guess so..). But lack lifeness, epicness.
Let's hope the new raid is easier on mythic than Sanctum of Domination. Mythic Sylvanas is a horrible, overtuned, long, tedious, buggy, and unfun fight. One of the worst fights I've ever done in WoW. Her encounter alone has destroyed many guilds and made many players quit the game. It was a horrible experience, and still is for many guilds trying to survive the stretch through her.

I LOVE the sounds the bosses make.. Rather than the tired old smartassed lines about its "just a setback" HA!!
