  1. Hey! Can you answer a question for me please?
How does this Sinful Brand spell work with meta? Is Sinful brand cast on one target and then you meta? Or do you Meta and then cast sinful brand?

  2. Thank you so much for this video! You really solidified all of my thoughts. I had the most fun playing with Elysian Decree, and as much as I love the Night Fae, I think I am willing to make an alt-DH to play through that content and pick Kyrian on my main for Mythic+ 🙂 You are stellar!

  3. I picked Venthyr because I liked the meta aoe it gives, the soulbond bonus is good, and it seems like a safe pick for running any general content. The major downsides to it are the single target ability is very boring and lackluster. The 30% debuff is not noticeable and the dmg of the single target cast doesn't seem great either, the 4 minute cd on meta burst was very contentious as well since that was the one thing I like about the class ability but I get greedy when deciding when to use it (the 3 minute Cd on tanks does feel a bit better though) and the area Revendreth is really annoying to travel around compared to places like Bastion which is extremely flat with clear straight paths leading everywhere. My only other choice I liked was Night fae but I feared that the hunt would be very bad for pve content and that it might get nerfed in pvp for its huge sudden burst. Necrolord didn't appeal to me as the ability just didn't feel fun and the kyrian ability was a sigil and I don't particularly enjoy sigils when tanking so I wouldn't want to deal with them in Havoc. I also thought it would be worse for pvp but I don't like sigils in general.

My hopes are they will make some kind of change to the single target cast of Sinful brand to make it more interesting or maybe just give it better damage so it isn't being out dpsd by most other abilities. It feels like they balanced it around the fact that a 4 minute cd could do a ton of damage to a pack of enemies so it is just a shitty single target spell tied to an amazing aoe ability with a cooldown that sucks the fun out of the entire covenant. If they changed night fae so that the hunt applied its DOT to enemies around the target hit I would probably switch as I wouldn't need to try to line up enemies to hit it and it would feel more fun to use that ability on a one minute cooldown than sinful brand and then I don't need to worry about holding on to my meta for the perfect opportunity anymore. I also would be open to the idea of possibly nerfing the aoe in meta but make it so that sinful brand is a more impactful ability.

  4. Fodder to the flame no longer drops a pool.
It gives you a flat damage reduction inside the demon soul

You can one shot the demon in fodder to the flame with throw glaive and it counts as a elite mob and gives you a fat shield.

  5. FttF has been reworked so the demon you summon dies much faster, hits much softer, and instead of a pool of blood you get a special soul fragment. Also it despawns after 25 seconds. Probably still awkward, but much more viable from the looks of it.
