  1. Torghast as a prot paladin is such a joke … I was really looking forward to it but clearing 8 layers with the 180 template character without a legendary was kind of a joke. Then on my warlock it feels like torture and is hard as fuck.

  2. Are most people even going to be able to do 6+ in the first week?

    Assuming the wowhead numbers are right for how much soul ash you get per layer, doing up to both level 8s won't get you enough for your first leggo so you have to wait til 2nd week anyways. If you do both level 4s, and then another level 4 on the second week you will also have enough for your first legendary.

    Basically if you're bad/lazy don't feel too bad about not getting the full level 8s done

  3. Hello Naowh ! Do you think we can clear every M0 before the first Wednesday? I couldn't find any info about that, other than it wasn't possible in BFA. Thanks for the great video !

  4. CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE!!

    In a group interview with Ion Hazzikostas, we asked about Torghast progression and received the surprising answer that Torghast will have a staggered opening, with only three layers available to complete at Shadowlands launch. This affects the amount of Soul Ash players can acquire on a weekly basis, as every layer awards this currency, which then impacts how quickly players can craft legendaries.

    Layers 1 – 3 will unlock at launch.

    Layers 4 – 6 will unlock on Castle Nathria Launch.

    Layers 7 – 8 will unlock on Mythic Nathria Launch.

    This means that Torghast will be way less time consuming, and not as challenging. You can pretty much do Torghast whenever you have free time since layer 1-3 won't be very challenging. Layer 4-6 won't be open until Castle Nathria launch which means week 3, so the first 2 weeks will only be Layer 1-3.

    Soul ash calculation:
    Week 1:
    Layer 1-3: 305 Soul ash, x2 corridors = 610 Soul ash
    Explore Torghast Quest (Week 1) 200 Soul ash.
    Total = 810 Soul ash.

    Week 2:
    Layer 3: 305 Soul ash, x2 corridors = 610 Soul ash
    Remnant of Hope Quest (Week 2) 100 Soul ash
    Total = 710 Soul ash

    Total after 2 weeks: 1520 Soul ash.

  5. Really good guide ! 1 question for the legendary recipes , are they a 100% drop ? for example : " Xav the Unfallen" drops Unhinged for warriors but i couldnt find anything about it on wowhead. keep up the good work 🙂
