  1. Blizz pls leave 2v2 and 3v3 brackets alone! Just make 1v1 ladder arena (for duelists) and 5v5 soloQ BGs with mmr and rewards to farm gear and mb somem ounts or titles if u want to be competititve. 3v3 is a unique pvp mode for WoW that forces people to find teammates and friends and coordinated gameplay feels so much more rewarding and great

  2. I think if you make the rewards worse then team play, there's no real point in adding it. As the whole reason people want solo que is so they can get access to the gear that they currently can't get as a solo player. PvP is toxic as f**k at the best of times which puts me off teaming with anyone in the first place.

  4. This isn't solo Q. You already have skirmishes. Adding some slight round robin shuffle to players is meaningless, you already get shuffled / different teammates via skirmish. Either Blizz is completely out of touch and misunderstands what people want, or they think the player base is too stupid to notice.

  5. I would like, instead of dampening, increase the mana cost of healing significantly for brawl. Healers have their mana cost increased by 100-200% etc. In order to run out of mana in the first few minutes so CDs aren't saved for dampening.

  6. Nothing at all said in this makes me want to come back to the game lol. This isn't what I wanted with a solo queue. I would just do skirmishes if that were the case. The whole point of a solo queue would be to have a rating system so I'm forced to play with other players with a similar rating. I don't care as much about gear as I care about skill. Honestly. for solo queue I could see them just eliminating gear altogether. I care about skill level. They could actually balance the game if they did away with gear. I would rather see every class being the exact same and the only difference in ranks are the player's actual skill level in PVP. That is basically the only reason people grind out PVP gear in the first place is so they can be on as even a playing field as possible. They can tweak balance a lot easier that way. So basically pvp templates… which I don't think was a bad idea as much as it just wasn't implemented properly. Solo queue feels like they place for it. Think of it kind of more like SC2 where everyone is playing the same races that are all capable of the same things. Just better players do it better, therefore they will climb in rank and be put against players with similar skill levels. And you could still have the in-game arena system and all of the customizations it offers as its own thing. I would much rather have regular-ass PVP matches than this 5 minute 6 round bullshit they are doing here. It sounds like a nightmare to play as a healer. I definitely don't play a healer so that people can die in one round of CD at a strategic dampening time that just makes it impossible for me to do anything at all. I want to see a really balanced version of PVP in solo queue where it is skill and skill only that separates individuals, and if they have to do that with pvp templates then fine. What gear you have on going into the queue should have 0 effects on what ur stats are in the match. You're the same as everyone else playing that class (aside from spec) so you better play your ass off if you want to climb and earn the better rewards. I don't see any reason why one shouldn't be able to unlock the PVP gear with points and ratings from solo queues too. Also, it eliminates people from being able to troll and just get naked at the start of the match because people talked shit to them in the match before and now they feel the need to make the team lose… although I suppose they could just not push any buttons. I think the stat templates make sense implemented into solo queue for every reason you describe in the video. It shouldn't be a brawl, it should be a REALLY big deal and feature they add to the game. Something to bring the really casual players back into the game and feel like they actually have a chance without the need to grind out a bunch of gear to even be slightly competitive. Then let them unlock the gear doing solo queue so if they want to take it to the next level which would be the actual arena system where you build a team and are min-maxing stats and where the professional play would take place I guess. But no, you guys enjoy the 5 minute, 6 round brawl as your solo queue experience. It's such a shit way to try and implement solo queue into the game. I certainly won't be returning to the game for a fucking brawl.

  7. Add template "Champions" with Tournament geared toons. That way you pick class and spec and everyone is on an "even" playing field

Would Blizz ever do this? No, but that's how you solve the gear issue. Different skill will happen regardless which is why mmr is mandatory. But Blizz like overthinking so easy solutions won't be what they choose. Ever. Sadly

  8. Just make it so that solo can’t give gear above 1800 rating ilvl, and add a feature to be able to easily catalogue and add the people you ran solo queue with in the past: the only people that want solo are the ones that can’t find a team. Solo queue should be a tool to find a team and bridge the gear gap.
