Frigid Wind for Frost Mage became a must when their slows got nerfed in the 2nd batch of BFA. Minus playing with Sub for their slows, shiv and stuns.
I'd like to start off by stating that I sported an erection through the entire video. This video was exactly what I needed to get me excited about mage again, and really did wonders for my excitement for shadowlands with how all of these little gimmicks interact within covenants, soulbinds, conduits, and legendaries. I think Blizzard unknowingly hit the jackpot with these, and I really hope they don't balance the fun out of the game.
