  1. I am still searching for a good addon for seeing all my weekly best and keys on all my alts. Astral keys is ok but not great and buggy and the others are poor need a decent one really.

  2. I really enjoy RaidFadeMore
for someone who likes the default blizzard frames it noticeably fades the persons frame when out of range. Very simple visual indicator for someone with a slow brain and helps keep you mobile 🙂

  3. Thanks for the nameplate combat text. I'm trying to find something like this for a long time. It seems similar to msbt but the values are on the mobs. I'll give it a try after work.
I don't really like ElvUI because it brings a lot of errors and blocked actions while I don't even use most of its features. I tried using move anything but it's not too userfriendly and it did weird things sometimes.
Currently for the UI I'm using Easy frames (a better default blizzard frame basically) and Dominos. With Dominos I can change move extra buttons, cast bars, action bars without using move anything. It is really useful. My favorite action bar addon so far.
What I couldn't find yet is a good standalone minimap addon. Similar to what ElvUI has.

  4. 2 things to add :
    1. also keep in mind that clique is most important for cases where you want a mouse over macro for mouse button 3,4,5, the WoW mouse over macros work only with keyboard, buf i purge/cleanse with mouse 4 and it does not work without binding the purge on mouse 4 in clique and making a mouseover macro for it combined
    2. one of the BEST addons and my favourite overall is RAVEN, it allows you to create timer bars for buffs, debuffs, of you, your target, your focus etc. so as resto druid you keep track of all HoTs on your tank and other party members, and also keep DoTs on your targets with 100% uptime and saving mana for reapplying too early

  5. Clique is the best addon for healing I use to have healing spells on 1 2 3 4 5 while having damage spells on shift+ q e r etc now I can have both on 1 2 3 4 5 saves keybinds and bars which is handy in SL

  6. OMG you have to get "questplates": its awesome: it shows a number over the mobs you need to kill. Never have to search the tooltips to find the mobs you need…. such a time/eye saver.

    Also:
Collectionshop (search the AH to quickly find/see the items / toys / visuals etc you havent learned)

Fastercamera (scrolling mouse up and down zooms very fast if you like).

Itemleveldisplay (shows the value of the ilvl on the items in your bags. Very handy, to quickly find the best items / new items. You can customize it a lot aswell, f.ex, to just show the numbers on ilvl items above 450). Also: say you are farming lots of old school raids, then when you are done and have full bags: its very easy to see the items you want to have and which you can safely just vendor.

New openables (show the items that you can open, where you like. F.ex if you looted a item that you can open/use, it shows it where you like, f.ex under your feet, so you can quickly see if you got a item you can open. Left click it to open. Make it a bit larger too, so you can easily scan all the slaves for new items. You can ignore / add items to blacklist aswell). Handy to enable broadcast then left click to open on all.

eAlign updated (places a grid on your screen, so you can much faster align any windows etc across multiple games / to safisfy your own solo needs).

TipTac (tooltip addon: can show yours and others talents, who they are targeting etc, move it where you want).

World quest list (shows the quests in the zone and you can filter them how you like). Zoom all the way out to the world map, to quckly search the entire game to find the quests you want to do). Also, you can click on a quest on the map and you can create a "group finder event" for that quest, with 1 click / find anyone else who has made a quest for that quest.

Decursive (get notified if someonething needs to be dispelled, decursed etc).

GTFO (gives you a visual and sound warning if you stand in bad stuff, that does damage to you).

Rarescanner (disable track rares via button on world map: as handynotes will display the skull marks instead).

    Handynotes

    Handynotes: shadowlands

Npcscn (use this instead of rarescanner, if you need to track custom "ID-number" mobs).

  7. Love this video so much! Ty for all the hard work Mad!
The add-on I would include is either Hide Talking Head or the add-on Talkless. Sometimes npcs will talk at you but also pop up a small window right in the middle of the screen that you have to exit out of. Those addons remove the window that comes up … So nice lol
Also, I use DBM/VEM and vem gives auditory ques while fighting. You have something similar and I've been meaning to ask what you use cause yours seems a bit more detailed then mine

  8. The group finder thing looks very useful, now only if blizzard made it a feature to never join partial runs for LFR. I hate when I’m farming mogs, I need the first boss of the wing, and I waited an hour to just get in on the second boss.

  9. Hidingbar seems cool, but i personally prefer Minimap Button Bag, as i'm used to be looking at my minimap for those buttons, so having it just under a single minimap button to see the rest is what feels best to me personally.
