Today we’ll talk about some Shadowlands Preparation, and what you can do right now to prepare for Shadowlands! This includes stocking up on items to help you level faster such as xp potions, but also potions to increase your damage & survivability, like flasks and healing potions. Goblin Gliders are also a huge bonus to mobility and can have huge benefits in for example Bastion. You can also complete quests in BFA and hand them in at the launch of Shadowlands for some extra exp!

Strongly disagree with stockpiling quests – it is crucial to get ahead of the pack due to the linear leveling route this time around. You want to be the first in the Maw and the first into Bastion, not spend 20 minutes flying round handing in quests and get stuck at bottle necks with the pack.
Good advice's, But I prefer going in SL as fast as it launches and just having fun and exploring.
And also I am pretty sure Abyssal Healing Potions are better then the Coastal's cuz they give 6,400 health
