Shadowlands PvE Holy Paladin M+ Beacon of Virtue

In this video I briefly showcase the Beacon of Virtue talent in Shadowlands for Holy Paladin dungeon Healing. Virtue is an effective tool for dealing with heavy group-based burst damage, which is a common feature of Shadowlands dungeons, especially high-movement fights like Mordretha or when the party is undergeared (as in this first week of Shadowlands).

Virtue combo: at 5 holy power use WoG-HS-WoG, or if the burst is very high, Virtue into Divine Toll and follow it up with WoG-HS to bring your group up from the grave.

Enjoy, and good luck on your early Mythic drops!

  1. Great stuff man! Definitely gonna look into this build. I’ve really been not hyped on how little glimmer heals for in overall so this might be a great pick. Do you feel that this build still lets you pump out some dps or are you doing less overall with this build? Keep it coming!

  2. Awesome bro gonna try this now, love the testing period in the beginning of an expansion its great fun. I got shielding words conduit from a WQ, and I see you're not using martyr much with this build, should I just stick with the 40% chance on shock to triple cast conduit?

  4. Superb video. To be honest, I played hpal in prepatch after maining it in bfa with corruptions, i was super confused on how to heal a full group of people without the tools i had back in bfa, and the holy power part made it even harder for me. Your videos are helping me greatly

  5. I think hard cast paladin is going to be a go-to spec for the M+ dungeons—the Beacon of Virtue, Divine Toll, Holy Power, Wings, Blessings, Auras etc. The class is powerful. Combine it all with legendaries. In an example, the paragon legendary and awakening talent haste build. In theory, if you have targets to hit, you can be in wings for over a minute repeatedly, that's an insane amount of single target/virtue healing and DPS.

Glimmer is subtle too, but I think since the holy power is back, glimmer build going to be used mostly for raids. I hope it won't become too OP in the future for the M+. It is boring because we used it an entire expansion not so long ago.

  6. A high ranked Holy Pally created: WingsIsUp.com and a lot of people treat it as the gospel, myself including. With some PUG’s I’ve been apart of with no one interrupting or stunning, some adds do insane amounts of damage. This build would be perfect and I’m going to give it a shot as I’m gearing up via heroics into Mythic+0.

  7. Thanks for this video. I have been struggling in M10+ with glimmer and extended avenger. Never through of holy power boost and virtue. I used virtue in the past and it worked wonders. Too much PvP has fried my brain for Ms.

  8. I love Beacon of Virtue in Mythics. I’d also recommend pairing it with the Saved by Light Talent. That applies to BoV so you can have 4 saved by light procs if things go south it can save some life’s and give you time to catch up.
