Rank 1 in pve. Ultra kek. And you do this for a living. So, you are in the ranks amongst “normal people” with normal jobs. I never understood why streamers seem to think being rank 1 and or dominating is that crazy. It would simply mean you are good at your job. Why would anyone expect less? And if you want to be real impressive at least hop in the arena. That’s where the real end game meta is.

Nothing but respect for madskillzz. He’s a really talented and dedicated player who takes the time to understand his class & boss mechanics. I watch his guides and videos all of the time and I can genuinely say he’s made me a better player and has helped me understand the healer meta more so than any other content producer. So thanks man, keep up the great content.
For those wondering how to get high HPS parses like this in general here’s a list of some things you and your group is going to need:
– Really fast kill speeds. Having a coordinated, intelligent group with an item level of close to 210 on this raid will allow for a lot of these bosses to go down quick. If you look at the logs, the bosses are dying relatively quickly in comparison to most other guild groups
– Big raid size per healer. Maximizing the effectiveness of wellspring is massive. Since it’s on a 20s cd, it’s getting insane value with the large group size of approximately 30 people. Shamans have tons of aoe healing, making 4, sometimes 5 healers for a 30 man group automatic all stars
-little things add up. Potions, health stones, oils, heal snipe timings, etc etc.
-item level. For it being week 3, madheal is Geared AF. To put it in perspective, maeveycakes (Limit Rsham) is about 216 I believe, and that’s with mythic gear & being funneled some big juice. Madheal is like 211. Which means this guy has put in some serious work via pvp and mythic plus to hear and optimize this rsham.
-other healers to kinda suck a bit. For the speed in which the bosses are dying, there is a pretty steep staircase on the hps meters. Performing “pretty well” on any of these fights as a healer should almost Always land you a purple parse, and quite often some of his other healers did not. This means there’s more room to take over healing and get shaman mastery value
I’m not trying to discredit anything he’s done here. He really is a phenomenal player, I’m just trying to explain how you too can get a bigly parse in heroic nathria. It’ll be interesting to see how he parses in mythic.

Rank hps is rather meaningless, especially in non-mythic raids, where both size and composition is much more of a determining factor.
So focusing on it is rather detremental to teaching new healers what to aim for.
