Glad to see you checking out some PVE. Ret is pretty fun in PVE too. =D
I would add one thing, that the AoE and Single Target builds, are both pretty good at doing the wrong thing as well. AoE talents in Single target, and Single target talents in AoE, are actually still pretty close. The biggest impact you can make on either AoE or Single, is to wear the correct lego, even if you got caught in the wrong talents for the pull.
So if you look at the top performing ret paladins, they actually use the lego that reduces the cost of their HP spenders, and they do a final reckoning/execution sentence build. Why do you think that is?
I use that same Weak Aura. I highly recommend also getting the most popular (sort by stars) mythic plus and Castle Nathria weak aura collections, from wago.io. If you get those, as well as the associated voice packs, and the voice pack for Deadly Boss Mods, you literally just do what they say, and you are like an old pro running content for the very first time.

How you got these attack animation for Templar's Verdict ???
Actually zeal is still better for single target and haste levels are still too much low(as usual this mechanic for rets don't start to work till gear do not give enough haste and this is a design fault since cata). Tempest is definitely the one to go for m+ and even some bosses, paragon it's the best single target patchwerk style figths, final verdict it's good for pvp and pve figths where you have to move a lot, it definitely helps you to have lesser dps downtime. About the lego that cuts the holy power requiments, I guess probably for full mythic geared players the haste is already enough to make it useful on the proc frequency. But rigth now I am 206 and this is what works(and very good also) for me 🙂
