The War Within pre-patch is in full swing, bringing with it a new event to help people prepare for World of Warcraft’s newest expansion. We’re fighting the Lich King, Onyxia and Ragnaros – it’s been wild! Radiant Memories and cheap gear; Blizzard is spoiling us. But is this pre-patch worth a hoot and is it worth coming back to World of Warcraft for? That is what Nixxiom is here to answer today.

  1. ngl, glad you adressing it at the end, tbh i was pissed at you nixxiom, the reason why people got mad at you cuz you was nit picking hard, you was nit picking at the new villain and the story without giving it a real chance, and how it was being told, and you was nit picking the warband, which i find crazy you was nit picking cuz thats even something YOU! wanted, also tbh who really cares about the old villains? just let them stay dead or something tbh because using the same villain over and over gets real old real quick, to be fair i wouldnt mind reviving the lich king, due to how he was treated during shadowlands, and how they competely ruined his story and him at the end of shadowlands, also the fact you was nit picking xal'atath was every annoying, its better than beating the same dead horse that is sylvanas over and over again, the only thing i saw was vailed is hopefully soon blizzard will fix the starting beginning to make it more immersive to the players. @nixxiom

  2. I leveled a bunch of alts both in the pre-patch events and the remix. One of each class and even a few doubles. It's awesome to get your alts up to date.
10-70 in remix was around 4-5 hours for me and 5-6 hours doing the pre patch events, with the latter being the better one as you earn enough currency to fully gear up to ilvl 480. It's just a good way to gear alts for now. Highly recommend.

Let's hope the expansion turns out to be a good one. I'm a bit dissapointed that all the extra classes haven't opened up yet without the need to grind through old content and that dractyr can't be other classes but that's just my own opinion ofcourse. I'd love a dractyr mage or warlock. 🙂 Gief gliding to all classes!

  3. For real…after years of cyber abuse, shitty expansions and just as shitty games from Blizzard, does anyone really think this is going to be different? You people will never learn, but hey, keep giving big daddy Blizzard your money.

  4. I've been levelling my level 20 Arcane Mage with this event. He's currently level 55 and I've accumulated over 40k of the residual memories. Should be able to use those to gear up several alts with 480 gear.

  5. The whole point of the pre patch is for gear catch up and the mogs. it took me 2 days to get everything and i was out. no bitching, no complaining and wasn't expecting it to be that fun and exciting. what i always say, if you have no expectations you won't be disappointed.

  6. its easy to speak on things and everyone has their own preference but no i dont want spoilers in my face i dont play WoW for other players tell me what theyve seen and experience i play it to experience it my self once i get to at last when an actually good patch or expention comes out but ive been waiting since cataclysm i love WoW but im not gonna lick a boot for WoW specially knowing its never gonna get as good as first expansions be dope to have a Tarkov type servers where the game wipes every 6-12 months that way i can always just say ill be back next Wipe for whatever expansion people prefer there needs to be systems though that protect players hardwork for example pets mounts earned from hard work being purchaseables just make events where one can grind it till he gets it im probably on same level of opinions as asmon keep in mind solo talk with him most likely complete nerd out but when hes under viewer ship he kinda leans back and forth and yes its shitty to be negative but if that affects the WoW dev team and community good it should game shit fuck you what have they done to my boy how do you fuck up such a great fucking foundation games already built why fuck with it ive played since 2007-2008 around there at 7-9 years old until 14-16 when cataclysm came out at least on off since some good things about the game were still kinda relevent for example pvp the one thing i never really enjoyed fully when i was younger because i had so many other things i loved about the game taking my time i could wright a damn book about thier fumble jesus

  7. I took a break for nearly 7 weeks as dragonflight got pretty boring after doing everything. Came back yesterday to play after purchasing the war within.

And can honestly say that I haven't missed anything.

I'm not sure what it is exactly, but something seems to be missing in dragonflight.

Shadowlands was much more fun formyself and I kind of miss it.

Looking forward to the war within going live and getting to see what it entails.

  8. I'll prob play it but retail has lost that spark. Too 'woke' is the term I hear cuz everyone can get anything , and nothing has value yadda yadda. HC classic seems to be only version that makes you really pay attention and everything has value
