Well That being said
Dragon Punch is Like Blade rush Somethin Rouge has as a talent
I mean Their Overall Rotation is the same
But what Windwalker lacks is outside their burst ability SEF is not a burst ability
You should spam it Either in ST or AOE without it monks Are useless.
monks are not aoe capped be cause of this
Also there were 2 traits back in legion that
one Every time You used black out kick and rising It made you FOF much stronger
and there was this one that while channelin FOF some air strikes thingy Comes to your help Addin These Passive Will Make Monks talent Choice So Fresh and good
